Note: the item will be delivered to the dealer of your choice, who will then contact you with delivery and pick-up instructions.

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us promptly to request a change of address, you will need to pay an additional fee for the change of address once the application is approved.

Xcol will process all refunds to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 working days for your bank to return the funds to your account.
Refund processing times vary and may take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please check your account and your original payment method. All xcol models are available for pre-order and you can reserve your preferred model on the official xcol website - cyberxcol.сom - and ask for and receive the sales progress of the model you have ordered by email.

All repairs can be made after confirmation with the official xcol after-sales channel, and complete and qualified parts for the repair can be sent to your designated address

We offer a selection of modification parts for you to choose from, however, if you make your own modifications or do not use the parts we offer, this will void the warranty.
